We are on the Northern Sunshine Coast, 15 minutes south of the City of Powell River and 10 minutes from the Saltery Bay Ferry. Annie Bay is a renovated 480 sq ft, one-room 1920s schoolhouse, ideal for 1-2 people, with an ocean view, steps from the beach, and home to rich and diverse sea and wildlife. The shoreline is gently sloping and pebbly, ideal for launching and landing kayaks, complete with safe storage. Kayak around the Stillwater Bluffs, explore Maud Bay, Scotch Fir Point and Mermaid Cove, or go further afield to across the Jervis Inlet to Hardy and Nelson Islands. Frolander Bay is also close to the Canoe Route and  the Sunshine Coast Trail (15 minute drive inland), countless local hikes, farms, and the freshwater swimming holes of Eagle River and Inland Lake. A general store is 5 minutes away.
